BY ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

Proposal Terms

These Proposal Terms explain how quotes and proposals issued by Dunstar Creative should be understood and accepted.

By reviewing, accepting, or acting upon any proposal issued by us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Validity of Proposals

All proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, pricing, availability, and timelines may be subject to change.

2. Scope of Work

Each proposal outlines the specific services included in the project scope. Any additional work requested outside of this scope will be quoted separately and may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to clarify or amend scope details before work begins if project requirements change.

3. Acceptance of Proposal

A proposal is considered accepted when any of the following occurs:

  • Written confirmation is provided
  • A deposit or payment is made
  • Instruction is given to commence work

Once accepted, the proposal forms part of our Service Agreement and becomes binding.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Remaining balances are payable on completion or agreed milestones
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not received on time.

5. Revisions and Changes

Unless otherwise specified, proposals include a reasonable number of revisions.

Additional revisions or significant changes to the original scope may incur additional charges.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates only and may be affected by client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will always aim to communicate any changes to delivery timelines as early as possible.

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

Dunstar Creative may use AI tools to assist with research, ideation, design, content creation, and production processes.

All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and refined before delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated elements will be entirely unique, error-free, or free from third-party similarities.

By accepting a proposal, you acknowledge and agree that AI-assisted tools may form part of the creative process.

8. Assumptions and Dependencies

Proposals are based on the information provided at the time of quotation.

Delays or additional costs may occur if:

  • Required information is not supplied
  • Client feedback is delayed
  • Third-party services are required but unavailable or restricted

9. Changes to Proposal

We reserve the right to update or withdraw any proposal before acceptance. Once accepted, changes will only be made with mutual agreement.

10. Governing Agreement

All accepted proposals are subject to our Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions, which govern the full working relationship between Dunstar Creative and the Client.
